TaxCoach Briefs: April 22, 2010
Volume 5, Number 16
===================================================== SEASON'S OVER. NOW WHAT? I'm writing these words from cold and rainy San Diego, where I'm teaching the second live Certified Tax Coach™ Academy. This is my fourth visit to San Diego in the last year or so, and each time, the weather has been worse here than home in Cincinnati. That's more than just coincidence — it's an official jinx. I just hope that when the Santa Ana winds and drought arrive later this summer, they'll consider paying me to bring rain. (Although, it was 75 and sunny that time you went to Seattle. — Keith) TaxCoach members across America have told me that this has been their best season ever. We're obviously delighted to see TaxCoach marketing work in the real world. But we're already looking ahead — teaching this week's CTC Academy, finalizing plans for next month's SuperTable, and preparing for the CTC Academy in June. This is a short Briefs because most of you are still taking a Post-April 15 breather. But break time will be ending soon, and if you didn't love every minute of the "season," it's time to start planning what you'd like to change. Here at TaxCoach, Keith and I are readying new resources to help you build the practice of your dreams. We'll be talking about how to attract prospects who are unhappy with their 2009 tax bills, and prospects who are worried about the repeal of the Bush tax cuts and coming tax hikes. Enjoy the rest of your break. Take some time to smell a rose or two, and catch up on your sleep. And keep your eye out for new strategies, tools, and resources to build your business. We're glad you had a good season, and we're looking forward to helping you grow even more in 2010. ===================================================== WHEN THE __ IS THE NEXT ONE?! This is a near-verbatim reprise of the schedule we announced last week. But it bears repeating, because the weekly Call-Ins are so popular. And because this really is such a mess! For the next several Wednesdays, we will not be having member call-ins. There's a lot going on! But we're going to make up for it with a couple of Monday shows. Here's the schedule into May:
Elite members (All-Stars, Press Club, and Hall of Fame), remember the next monthly webinar is Tuesday, April 27 at 4pm Eastern.. We'll be talking about the tax implications of the healthcare reform act, and taking it to your clients in a way that makes you the hero. Watch The Scout or check the All-Stars page within TaxCoach for details and registration instructions. Talk to you on the 26th. ===================================================== We can answer questions on using TaxCoach system features anytime. (Save marketing and tax strategy questions for Member Call-Ins.) For best response, email support@taxcoachsoftware.com.
